Randal Kolo Muani (27) will return to Paris Saint-Germain this summer, but he won’t stay there. The Frenchman is coming off the back of a difficult campaign with Tottenham Hotspur. His form meant that, despite Didier Deschamps’ fondness of the forward, he was a notable omission from his FIFA World Cup squad.
His future at club level remains open. Kolo Muani’s priority was for a return to Juventus, where he spent the second half of the 2024/25 season on loan. It was a successful stint for the former Eintracht Frankfurt forward.
Aware of Kolo Muani’s preference, PSG have been trying to strike a deal with Juventus. However, whilst Les Parisiens have sought to respect the player’s wish, Get French Football News understands that their patience with the Serie A side is waning.
Amid financial difficulties, Juventus are struggling to provide the financial guarantees to meet PSG’s terms and get a deal over the line. All the while, interest from the Premier League and the Bundesliga is growing, Get French Football News understands. Whilst PSG were initially in exclusive talks with Juventus, out of respect for Kolo Muani’s wishes, the bidding process has now been opened up to other suitors.
