According to Nosso Palestra, Famalicão have formalised a €four million offer for Palmeiras centre-back Naves in recent days.

The proposal is €three million guaranteed plus €one million in add-ons, for 70% of the player’s rights, about R$24 million at current rates.

Palmeiras are seeking a permanent sale.

They have signalled they will open talks at between €five million, about R$29 million, and €six million, around R$35 million.

Another Portuguese side and a French club have also expressed interest and could table bids during this window.

Academy graduate Naves saw limited starts under Abel Ferreira and joined Alverca on loan in mid 2025.

He is not in Palmeiras’ plans after the loan ends in July 2026, and on his side he does not intend to return, preferring to continue in European football.
