FC Porto are fast-tracking an Estádio do Dragão revamp to broaden corporate hospitality. According to O Jogo, completion is targeted for the members’ presentation match in late July, ahead of the Supertaça in early August, and the offer will expand from four levels to nine under FC Porto Premium Experiences.
The works draw on funds from the club’s agreement with Ithaka and repurpose unused areas to increase space per guest. Overall capacity is not set to fall, with a new visiting-fan partition in the Nascente stand and only light tweaks to upper-tier bars.
The nine concepts include Diamond Club, Diamond, Gold, Platinium, Silver, Bronze Club and Bronze, alongside the existing Poente and Nascente boxes. Reconfiguring the central Poente behind the tunnel and dugouts, plus the Nascente tribune and boxes, will require many season-ticket holders to move.
On the Poente side, the former VIP tribune becomes the Aliados Lounge, with a Beer Bar, a Wine Bar and space for non-matchday events. An escalator will lead premium clients to private areas housing Clube 1893 and the Restaurante Pronúncia, with all new Poente spaces and existing boxes already sold out.
Across the Nascente, products will include Bronze, Bronze plus, Silver and Platinum, with larger, more luxurious seating and differentiated access for some. Sales continue as the main entrance is remodelled to add a lounge, after the removal of boxes that will see affected members re-seated. Stadium bars will also gain autonomous AiFi units for frictionless, queue-free purchases.
