Felix Nmecha is said to favour Manchester City or Manchester United as potential destinations, Bild claims.

The Borussia Dortmund midfielder has been linked with several elite clubs in recent months, with his World Cup displays for Germany intensifying talk over his future.

Newcastle United have recently been credited with interest, though City and United are viewed as the more attractive options in the report.

He has also been mentioned with Real Madrid and Bayern Munich. Nmecha came through Manchester City’s academy and made three senior appearances before joining VfL Wolfsburg in 2021.

He spent two years at Volkswagen Arena, then moved to Dortmund in 2023. The midfielder has since extended his contract to 2030, with no release clause applicable for this summer.

A clause worth 80 million is understood to activate in 2027, then drop to 70 million in 2028.
