Fenerbahçe and Galatasaray 'to make' rival offers for Rafael Leao | OneFootball

Fotomac reports that Fenerbahçe and Galatasaray are in a bidding battle to sign AC Milan winger Rafael Leao this summer, with both Süper Lig clubs exploring financial terms for a landmark move.

After Portugal’s 2026 World Cup campaign, the 27-year-old signalled he wants a fresh challenge following seven seasons at San Siro. Early interest from Premier League and La Liga clubs has yet to turn into concrete offers.

Fenerbahçe are understood to have drafted a four-year deal worth roughly €10 million to €12 million a year in base salary, plus performance bonuses.

Reigning champions Galatasaray are working on a competitive package of their own to tempt the forward to Rams Park.

The main obstacle is Milan’s valuation, set at €50 million to €60 million. Proceeds from any sale are expected to finance further arrivals after the signings of Mario Gila and Gonçalo Ramos.

Leao is due to fly with Milan on July 29 for a pre-season tour of Australia, when head coach Ruben Amorim will assess his squad. Leao is not thought to be central to Amorim’s long-term plans, which could raise the chances of an August move.
