Ghana and Panama are set to kick off their FIFA World Cup 26™ campaigns.

The tournament is well underway across the United States, Canada and Mexico with over 20 games already played across matchday one in the group stage.

Here's everything you need to look out for in the 23rd game.

Carlos Queiroz's Ghana will face Thomas Christiansen's Panama in Toronto.

This will be Panama's second ever appearance at the World Cup™ finals, having previously qualified in 2018.

Ghana, on the other hand, have featured in four of the last five editions, with their best-ever finish being the quarter-finals in 2010.

Players to watch 🔥

After his big money move from Bournemouth to Manchester City in January, all eyes will be on Antoine Semenyo this summer.

The winger set things alight at the Cherries, which understandably prompted interest from the Premier League elite and in a group with the likes of England and Croatia, the 26-year-old will need to step up to the task if Ghana are going to progress, while captain Jordan Ayew has 34 goals for his country.

For Panama, José Córdoba of Norwich City is the only UK-based player in their 26-man squad and San Diego FC's midfield anchor Aníbal Godoy will be vital - the skipper has over 150 caps to his name.
