Flamengo back in training after Copa do Brasil win over Vitória | OneFootball

Flamengo resume training on Thursday after a 2-1 win over Vitória in the first leg of the Copa do Brasil fifth phase.

According to Coluna Do Fla, the squad will work at Ninho do Urubu in the morning, with Leonardo Jardim set to oversee the session from 10:30 Brasília time.

Before the next match there will be at least three training sessions. On Sunday 26, a fourth activation session could also take place ahead of Atlético-MG.

Flamengo were on top from the start, though there was a scare as the Bahia side had a goal disallowed and the match could have finished 2-2. It ended 2-1, with Evertton Araújo and Pedro scoring.

Attention now turns back to the league. Flamengo visit Atlético-MG in the 13th round at Arena MRV in Belo Horizonte on Sunday 26, kicking off at 20:30 Brasília time.
