Flamengo reject Shakhtar Donetsk offer for Ryan Roberto

Flamengo have rejected an offer from Shakhtar Donetsk (UCR) for forward Ryan Roberto, worth eight million euros in guaranteed fees, roughly R$ 46 million. The proposal also carried up to R$ 11.7 million in bonuses, taking the package to R$ 57.7 million.

According to Coluna Do Fla, technical director José Boto is leading talks and the club’s priority is to extend the player’s contract, which runs until March 2027.

During negotiations over a possible move, Ryan Roberto has been temporarily left out of matches for Flamengo in his category. The club do not plan to use him during the talks.

Flamengo have purchased an additional 20% of the attacker’s economic rights, taking their share to 70%.

Athletico-PR hold the remaining 30% of his rights.
