Luiz Henrique has been called up by Brazil for the World Cup, and the Flamengo target says he visualises scoring in the final.

He says he has no preferred opponent, instead he focuses on the kind of goal he imagines scoring in the final. On his mentor’s advice, he tells himself each morning that he will score in the final and be the tournament’s best player, according to Coluna Do Fla.

The winger is currently at Zenit, and the Russian club are seeking 50 million euros (R$ 300.5 million) to sell him. Flamengo are studying a potential move.

Flamengo were close to signing him in 2023, when he was at Betis. Botafogo stepped in and agreed a deal for the forward.

Since then, Flamengo have not made a formal offer, but he remains on their shortlist of possible reinforcements.
