Flamengo are preparing for the mid-year window, weighing potential exits for players short of minutes or form as well as arrivals, according to Globo.com.
Ayrton Lucas’s future is linked to Alex Sandro, with renewal talks for the 35-year-old. Ayrton featured in 18 of 34 games and, at 28, could be sold as the club search for another left-back.
Erick Pulgar was a regular under Leonardo Jardim until a right shoulder injury on the second of April. He returned after almost two months against Cusco, but a 2023 renewal fixed a $4m clause from mid-2026, echoing Gerson’s €25m paid by Zenit in July.
De la Cruz, contracted until mid-2028, is managed on a tailored schedule to protect his knees. He excels when fit, though irregular availability complicates planning, and any exit would hinge on offers as Flamengo scan midfield options.
Carrascal’s red cards, the latest in the 3-0 defeat to Palmeiras, have hurt his standing and could shorten his stay. A €12m outlay and the need for a replacement complicate a sale, so Flamengo aim to rehabilitate him, with the World Cup a possible shop window.
Luiz Araújo has not secured a starting role and, after interest from Atlético-MG and Cruzeiro, Flamengo are ready to consider bids. Everton Cebolinha is in his final year with no renewal planned and could depart mid-year rather than for free in 2026. Wallace Yan saw a Red Bull Bragantino move collapse over terms and, after limited minutes, may also leave.
