Fluminense vs Chelsea - LIVE!

Chelsea are through to the Club World Cup final after beating Fluminense. Joao Pedro - signed from Brighton last week - was the hero for the Blues as he opened his account for his new club with a brace to ensure the west London outfit will be back at the MetLife Stadium on Sunday.

Fluminense had been the surprise package of the Club World Cup, but this meeting against the Premier League giants proved a step too far as Thiago Silva suffered defeat at the hands of his former club. Joao Pedro was handed his first start in place of the suspended Liam Delap. A decision that paid off inside 20 minutes as the Brazilian broke the deadlock with a stunning finish.
