The South African star is excited about a new experience.

For the first time: Relebohile Mofokeng talks about his desire to have an overseas experience!
Orlando Pirates sensation Relebohile Mofokeng has announced his ambition to move abroad, admitting that he is ready to "seize the opportunity."
On the eve of Bafana Bafana's decisive clash against Cameroon in the Round of 16 of the Africa Cup of Nations, the 21-year-old midfielder revealed how he views the tournament as a vital launching pad for a new chapter in his football career.
From the South African national team's base at the Mohammed VI Sports Complex, the player, who has delivered consistently brilliant performances for Pirates—sparking widespread speculation about his potential departure—stated: "I believe if an opportunity arises for me in another country, I will seize it. I see this as a very good move. This tournament is extremely important in that regard. When the chance comes, I will simply take it."
This statement comes as "Rele" prepares for a fierce competition on the field, with his team set to face Cameroon on Sunday at the El Medina Stadium in Rabat.
Mofokeng, who in 2024 won the PSL Young Player of the Season award, the Nedbank Cup Most Promising Player award, and the Gauteng Sports Personality of the Year award, is fully aware of the paramount importance of a strong mindset on the biggest stages. He added: "I believe the most important thing is mentality. Even if the opponent is bigger, mentality matters most, because if I convince myself that I will get past this player, I will definitely do it."
Thus, the rising star has set a dual goal: to help his country advance in the continental competition and to open the door toward his dream move to a foreign league that he aspires to join.
