Former Manchester United forward Jadon Sancho (26) is reportedly being courted by Qatari club Al-Rayyan, according to Foot Mercato.

A free agent since leaving Old Trafford in early July, the Englishman is said to have received an offer from the Lions, who are keen to secure his services. This proposal could reshuffle the cards regarding the 26-year-old forward’s future, as he has also been linked with a return to Borussia Dortmund.

On loan at Aston Villa during the 2025-26 season, Sancho played a major part in the Villans’ impressive campaign, though he did not establish himself as a regular starter. Starting 18 of the 39 matches he played under Unai Emery, the London-born player proved decisive on just four occasions, scoring one goal and providing three assists across all competitions.

It was yet another up-and-down loan spell for a player who had been signed by the Red Devils for €85m in the summer of 2021, but who never really made his mark there, making just 81 appearances (12 goals, six assists) for the Manchester side.
