Ladislav Krejci’s future at Wolves has come under the spotlight after he was named man of the match in the Czech Republic’s draw with South Africa at the Atlanta Stadium.
"Ladislav Krejci had a very good first game, obviously got himself on the score sheet." He was speaking on talkSPORT.
"A lot of talk about him maybe leaving. I know he was on loan at Wolves last season, but he's a talented centre-half and I'm sure there's a lot of Premier League sides to be keeping an eye on how he performs in these games."
"I can't believe he'll stay in the Championship, Mick."
"I don't know. He's got too much talent, hasn't he?"
"He's clearly enjoyed his time at Wolves. But I think there are bigger opportunities for him. And what better way to display those qualities than at a World Cup."
The 27-year-old joined on loan last summer from Girona. Despite relegation to the Championship, Wolves activated a clause worth around £26m to make the move permanent.
He was among Wolves’ better performers last season, and he has already been linked with Leeds United and Besiktas this summer.
