Denzel Dumfries and Hakan Calhanoglu are amongst four Inter Milan players in international action today.

Piotr Zielinski will likely feature in Poland’s game against Finland at 19:45 this evening.

The game is a vital one with both sides level on points after four matches.

Poland and Finland both sit on seven points, along with the Netherlands, who have played one less game.

Zielinski will therefore be hoping he can guide his side to victory in this qualifying six-pointer.

Meanwhile, Stefan de Vrij will be available for that same Netherlands side as they travel to Lithuania for an earlier kick-off this afternoon (17:00 BST, 18:00 CEST).
