Inter Milan have received a fresh boost ahead of a demanding run of fixtures, with Ange-Yoan Bonny returning to partial training, as preparations continue for the upcoming clash with Bologna.

Following the win over Atalanta, Inter Milan regrouped at Appiano Gentile to begin focused work ahead of Sunday’s Serie A meeting with Bologna.

Francesco Acerbi trained again with the group and is now considered ready to return to the matchday squad.

Bonny and Matteo Darmian initially continued to work separately, but the French striker is now closer to a comeback.

Bonny has been sidelined since December 23 due to a right knee sprain, yet Corriere dello Sport report that he is scheduled to complete part of today’s training session with the group.

That progress opens the door to a possible late call-up against Bologna, even if caution remains the priority.
