M6’s coverage averaged 20.244 million viewers for a 73% audience share, with a peak of 22.24 million at 21:50.

It is the most-watched programme of 2026 and the strongest TV audience since the 2022 World Cup. France’s semi-final win over Morocco in 2022 finished with an average of 20.7 million on TF1.

The 2022 final against Argentina, which ended 3-3 then 2-4 on penalties, attracted 25.08 million viewers across TF1 and beIN Sports.
