Khusanov pens new City contract

The Uzbekistan international has put pen to paper on a new deal that will see him stay in Manchester until 2031.

He’s quickly become a fan favourite at the Etihad, winning Cityzens over with his passion, pace and hunger to help the team win.

At just 22 years old, he’s continued to grow in confidence and technical ability and as a result, he has become a key part of City’s defensive line.

He was an instrumental figure in our domestic cup double in 2025/26 and it is hopefully just the beginning of a big career for the Uzbek in Manchester.
