Roma is preparing for a season of change, with the club in the midst of a revitalization process.
Following the departure of Frederic Massara, Tony D’Amico will soon take up the role of the Giallorossi’s new sporting director.
The Giallorossi, however, aren’t just changing management: the coaching staff that will support Gasperini will also undergo significant changes, in keeping with the Piedmontese coach’s decisions.
The latest news, reported by Il Tempo, concerns the arrival of Alessandro Pilati as the club’s new athletic trainer.
Pilati, who began his career in Lazio’s youth system, had his first professional experience at Torino between 2000 and 2004.
He subsequently became a loyal member of the Genoa staff, working closely with Gasperini.
After over twenty years with the Ligurian club, Pilati is now ready for the big step and will reunite with the Grugliasco-born coach.
