José Luis Gayà trained in a protective mask after fracturing his left cheekbone and will play on Sunday against Celta de Vigo at Mestalla. Superdeporte reports he took two blows to the face at Sevilla and will need protection in the coming weeks, though he has previously played without it after a nose injury.
Right-back Thierry Rendall is available after missing the Sevilla game, having trained normally last week at Paterna.
Filip Ugrinic remains out with a patellar tendon issue that kept him from Sevilla and Switzerland duty. The club weighed sending him for federation checks, but that was dropped. He chose to prioritise Valencia with the World Cup nearing.
There is no return date for Ugrinic, who could be sidelined for days or weeks depending on his progress. Corberán values the Swiss, whose influence has grown in recent months.
The rest trained as normal, excluding the recovering Mouctar Diakhaby, Dimitri Foulquier, José Copete and Julen Agirrezabala, plus internationals Stole Dimitrievski and Eray Cömert. Dimitrievski is out of World Cup contention with North Macedonia, and Cömert is due to play his second friendly on Tuesday at 18:00 against Norway.
On-loan striker Alberto Marí visited Paterna for treatment. He had successful surgery in Valencia on Friday 20 March on a left biceps femoris injury sustained with CD Mirandés.
