Germany will make a late call on Manuel Neuer’s involvement against the United States on Saturday, their final warm-up before the World Cup.
Neuer has been sidelined since suffering a muscle injury in Bayern Munich’s 5-1 win over 1. FC Köln on 16 May, and, according to Sky Germany, the 40-year-old has not yet rejoined full training as of Thursday.

He missed the 4-0 friendly win over Finland last Sunday.
A final decision on his availability is expected on Friday.
If he is not passed fit to start, Oliver Baumann will be ready to deputise again.
