The player had his medical tests today at the La Madonnina clinic in Milan, with that venue chosen precisely because it would enable him to travel quickly to Turin for a reunion with his new teammates.

It all went according to plan, and he had lunch with agent Giuseppe Riso and several Napoli staff members.

Multiple sources including Sky Sport Italia confirm Giovane has already signed the contract, which will be deposited with the Lega Serie A before midnight tonight.
