Arsenal will face off against Aston Villa at Villa Park this Saturday afternoon as they look to secure a good result at home in the Premier League. The Gunners managed to earn a solid 2-0 win over Brentford recently, which should keep them in good spirits ahead of this game.
Mikel Arteta will set his side up in a 4-3-3 formation and is expected to make some tweaks to his first team for this clash. Viktor Gyokeres, Bukayo Saka and Eberechi Eze could all play from the start of this game.
David Raya will function in between the sticks for the Gunners after he kept a clean sheet in his last outing. Jurrien Timber could get the nod to operate alongside Piero Hincapie at the heart of the Arsenal backline as they look to keep the home team quiet during the game.
Ben White will fill in as the right-back, while Riccardo Calafiori hopes to give a good account of himself on the other side as the left-back. Both of them would have to pick and choose their moments to join in on the attack.
Myles Lewis-Skelly will offer cover for the defensive positions on the bench.

Declan Rice, Martin Zubimendi and Eberechi Eze will make up Arteta’s midfield department this weekend. Their main job would be to establish their superiority over the opposition at the centre of the park and engineer some clear-cut chances in the final third.
Martin Odegaard and Christian Norgaard will have to be content with a place on the bench as they wait for their chance to make an impact in the second half if required.
Noni Madueke will get another chance to shine as the left-winger, while Bukayo Saka looks to weave his magic from the right flank. Viktor Gyokeres will spearhead Arteta’s attack up top. He would be eager to get his name on the scoresheet after getting a rest in midweek.
Mikel Merino and Gabriel Martinelli will be named on the bench and might come on to influence the game in the latter stages if the Gunners are in need of a goal by then. However, Leandro Trossard is a major doubt for this game.
