Erling Haaland’s appearance and brace in our 3-0 derby day win on Sunday was his 150th outing for the Club.
The 25-year-old Norwegian is certainly enjoying life in Manchester. 2025/26 is his fourth season under Pep Guardiola, Haaland’s longest stint with a senior side.
Our number nine has scored a staggering 129 goals in all competitions, including a phenomenal 11 hat-tricks.
With 21 assists to his name, too, Haaland is averaging one goal involvement in every match he plays, further highlighting the impact of the towering, powerful and speedy striker.
Haaland put pen to paper in January, committing his future to the Club until 2034, showing no sign of leaving our beloved sky blue. And his connection with City goes beyond the pitch. Haaland has done incredible work with the Club’s charity, City in the Community, helping promote healthier lives for children.
In his first season in Blue, Haaland played an integral role in City’s Treble-winning campaign. It was also his most prolific to date, with 52 goals and nine assists in 53 appearances.
That saw him break the Club’s scoring record in a single season, previously held by Tommy Johnson for 94 years, with 39.
With that, Haaland also cruised past the Premier League goalscoring record, with 36 strikes in 35 games, to see him win the Golden Boot.
He then helped City retain the Premier League title for a record-breaking fourth successive season as Guardiola’s side continues to create history.
In total, at what is the outset of his fourth season with City, Haaland has won seven trophies: two Premier Leagues, one FA Cup, one Champions League, one Super Cup, one FIFA Club World Cup and one Community Shield.
And his list of individual accolades is nothing short of remarkable. The PFA Player of the Year, Premier League Player of the Year, two Premier League Golden Boots and the FWA’s Player of the Year are just a few of his personal awards.
Since arriving, our number nine has broken almost every record set by previous Premier League legends.
Most recently, he made his 100th Premier League appearance and has scored more than any other player in those outings, with 88 goals.
And there is nothing stopping him from continuing on the same trajectory.
A huge congratulations to Erling on this milestone in a fantastic City career to date.
