MIAMI – Round One of the 2026 Concacaf Women’s U-17 Qualifiers continued with the second set of matches in Groups C, D and E on Tuesday.

Antigua and Barbuda 0-5 Guatemala

Guatemala’s offense got rolling with a 5-nil shutout over Antigua and Barbuda in Group C at Stadion Rignaal ‘Jean’ Francisca in Willemstad, Curaçao.

Kaylee Luna opened the scoring in the 27’ as she beat a defender to a bouncing ball and chipped it right over the keeper.

Ten minutes later Guatemala doubled its lead when Dulce Escobar took advantage of a bad clearance.

In the 56’ the scoring continued as Emery Aguilar connected with Monica Martínez in the middle of the box for an easy finish.

Luna recorded a brace in the 58’ with a thunderous strike from distance.

Mayra Avendaño put a stamp on the victory as she fired a left-footed blast off the post in the 90’+2’.

Saint Lucia 0-5 Haiti

Haiti took command of Group C with a dominant 5-nil win over Saint Lucia at Stadion Rignaal ‘Jean’ Francisca in Willemstad, Curaçao.

Kyrah Lormil recorded a brace with goals in the 4’ and 17’ to get Haiti out to a quick lead. 

Already trailing, Saint Lucia went down a player as Ivana Marshall was shown a straight red card.

Haiti capitalized on the advantage as Krystel Châtelain tapped in a long cross from Léa Jacques in the 61’.

In the 73’ Keisha Gue unleashed a rocket from long-range to extend the lead.

Rosalie St. Louis closed out the victory in the 86’ as she pounced on a loose ball on the doorstep for the fifth of the night.

Group D

Saint Vincent and the Grenadines 0-15 Honduras

Honduras took command of Group D with an emphatic 15-nil victory over Saint Vincent and the Grenadines at Stadion Guillermo Prospero Trinidad in Oranjestad, Aruba.

Nohemy Meza and Alexandra Merriam led the way with 11 combined goals. Meza scored four of her six goals in the first half. Merriam had a brace in the first half by way of two penalty kicks. 

Zadie Chirinos also scored in the first half, making it 7-nil at the break. 

Merriam took over in the second half with goals in 54’, 63’, and the 80’ — capping it off with a brilliant strike from distance from the top of the box. She now has seven goals in two games for Honduras. 

Allisson Suazo also contributed with a brace during a two-minute span to start the second half with goals in the 48’ and 50’. 

Aruba 0-2 Jamaica 

Jamaica got its first victory of the tournament as they downed Aruba 2-nil at Stadion Guillermo Prospero Trinidad in Oranjestad, Aruba.

After a scoreless first half, Jamaica wasted no time getting on the board in the second half. Ricquanna Richards found the back of the net in the 46’ off a great cross into the box.

Aruba thought it had the equalizer in the 61’ but the goal was ruled offside. As some of the team was still celebrating, Jamaica executed a quick counterattack as Elizabeth Miller knocked in a rebound from Richards’ long-range shot.

Group E

British Virgin Islands 0-8 Cuba

Cuba cruised to an 8-nil rout of the British Virgin Islands in Group E at Miguel Chocorrón Buitrago in Managua, Nicaragua.

The Cuban contingent opened the scoring just two minutes into the match as Dedina Sheila knocked in a cross.

Emely Diaz doubled the lead in the 29’ off a towering strike right over the keeper.  

Up by two at the break, Cuba’s offense really got going in the second half as Dayana Ayala netted a header in the 50’. 

Yaiselis López then took over by notching a hat trick with goals in the 59’, 80’ and 84’. She now has seven goals in two matches so far this tournament.

An own goal in the 90’ was followed by a strike from Yoesmayda Isaac in the 90+1’.

Anguilla 0-13 Costa Rica

Costa Rica’s offense kept rolling as they defeated Anguilla 13-nil in Group E at Miguel Chocorrón Buitrago in Managua, Nicaragua.

Las Ticas had seven different scorers, led by five goals from Nubia Medina (29’, 36’, 43’, 45’, 50’). She is the tournament’s leading scorer with 10 goals through two games.

Lucía Paniagua (13’, 27’, 47’) contributed with a hat trick, bringing her tournament tally to seven goals. 

Nicole Hernández (5’), Cameron Mora (45’+1’), Emma Azofeifa (59’), Celeste González (83’), and Stacy Venegas (90’+2’) also wrote their name in the scoresheet.
