Harry Kane reflects on 'tough' PSG exit and eyes Bayern double

Harry Kane reflected on Bayern Munich’s Champions League elimination by Paris Saint-Germain after a 1-1 draw on Wednesday sealed a 6-5 semi-final defeat on aggregate. The result ended their treble hopes.

“It’s tough. We had enough chances today to reach the final,” said Kane, who scored Bayern’s only goal in injury time, speaking to Sky Germany.

With the Bundesliga title already secured, he added: “Now my focus is on the DFB-Pokal final. We have the chance to win the double.” Bayern face VfB Stuttgart on 23 May.

Paris Saint-Germain are set to face Arsenal in the Champions League final.

“PSG are the slight favourites in the final,” he said.
