Theo Hernandez (27) will leave AC Milan this summer, confirmed new head coach Massimiliano Allegri during his unveiling press conference on Monday. The French international left-back is expected to join Saudi Pro League side Al-Hilal, as reported by L’Équipe and Foot Mercato back in June.Allegri is returning to the Rossoneri dugout for the first time since 2014, and revealed that Hernandez has already made his decision in a press conference transcribed by L’Équipe on Monday. “Theo Hernandez is a very great player. He has made his choice and I wish him the best for the future,” said the Italian coach, declining to elaborate further on Milan’s summer transfer activity.
Hernandez joined Milan from Real Madrid in 2019 and quickly became a cornerstone of the side. In six seasons at San Siro, he amassed 262 appearances, 34 goals, and helped Milan lift the Serie A title in 2022 and the Italian Super Cup in 2025.GFFN | George Boxall
