Relegation-threatened Spurs chasing three sorely-needed points
Igor Tudor continues in his quest to save Tottenham from relegation this evening as Crystal Palace head to N17.
It is a third London derby in as many matches in the Spurs dugout for the 47-year-old Croatian, and neither of the first two have gone entirely to plan.
He suffered a handy 4-1 defeat on his debut with the club, before failing to get a result away at Fulham last time out.
And his run will get no easier as he faces a peppy Crystal Palace side, who were narrowly beaten by Manchester United last time out after a controversial red card was shown to Maxence Lacroix.
Tudor’s side now sit worringly close to the drop zone, and he has been clear about where he expects his players to improve ahead of this match.
Speaking after the Fulham defeat, he listed off the areas where Spurs were falling short: “(We need) more personality, more wish to do before reacting, plenty of things.
“We are lacking when we attack, we lack the quality to score the goal. We are lacking in the middle to run and we are lacking behind to stay there to suffer and not concede the goal.”
Here is how to follow the action...
TV channel: In the UK, the game will be televised live on TNT Sports 1, with coverage starting at 7pm GMT ahead of an 8pm kick-off.
