Igor Tudor looking to build on important midweek victory
Tottenham welcome Nottingham Forest to north London this afternoon for a relegation six-pointer.
The two sides come into the match as the Premier League’s 16th and 17th-placed teams. Forest are level on points with 18th-placed West Ham, while Spurs are only one point better off.
The state of the relegation battle could look very different by Sunday evening, too, with West Ham’s match against Aston Villa kicking off simultaneously with Tottenham’s.
Igor Tudor finally got his first win with Spurs in midweek - at the sixth time of asking. The performance, if tardy, was among Tottenham’s best of the season as they edged Atletico Madrid 3-2, with Randal Kolo Muani on target and Xavi Simons at the double.
While the result was not enough to keep them alive in the Champions League, Tudor will hope to build on the performance and secure an important three points.
Forest, meanwhile, may have heavy legs as they make the journey south. They required extra-time and penalties to beat FC Midtjylland in the Europa League on Thursday night.
Vitor Pereira named a heavily rotated side for the match, but many of his first-choice starters were still required to contribute.
TV channel: In the UK, the game will be televised live on Sky Sports Main Event, with coverage starting at 2pm GMT ahead of the 2.15pm kick off.
Live stream: Sky Sports subscribers can also catch the contest live online via the Sky Go app.
