West Ham continue their pre-season preparations as they take on Everton in their second game of their US tour at Soldier Field in Chicago, Illinois.
Graham Potter’s Hammers lost 2-1 to Manchester United at the MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey last time out, with Bruno Fernandes netting a brace and Jarrod Bowen getting on the scoresheet.
Now, they face an Everton side that is in the middle of a rebuild under David Moyes, having signed highly-rated striker Thierno Barry from Villarreal, as well as left-back Adam Aznou from Bayern Munich.
Moyes remarked after the Toffees’ 3-0 defeat to Bournemouth in their first game of the Premier League Summer Series that his side needed “five or six” more players before he would be content with his crop.
