Hull City have completed the club-record signing of goalkeeper Konstantinos Tzolakis from Olympiacos, with the Greece international agreeing a five-year contract at the MKM Stadium.
The 23-year-old joins the Tigers for an undisclosed fee, believed to be worth more than £20 million including add-ons, surpassing the club's previous transfer record. Tzolakis arrives as Hull's first-choice replacement for Ivor Pandur following his departure earlier this summer.
One of Greece's most highly-rated goalkeepers, Tzolakis enjoyed another impressive campaign with Olympiacos last season, making 43 appearances across all competitions, including nine in the UEFA Champions League. He also played a key role in the club's historic UEFA Europa Conference League triumph in 2024, producing three penalty saves against Fenerbahçe in the quarter-finals before keeping a clean sheet in the final against Fiorentina.
A four-time Greek champion and nine-cap international, Tzolakis brings valuable European and international experience to Sergej Jakirovic's squad. He is expected to join Hull's pre-season preparations immediately and could make his first appearance in Friday's friendly against Eintracht Frankfurt.
