Arsenal midfielder is keen to seize the opportunity in the title race - even at the expense of his former club
The Gunners know victory over the Hammers will move them one step closer to being crowned champions of England, after Manchester City slipped up against Everton on Monday night.
West Ham, meanwhile, are equally in need of all three points as they are currently in the relegation zone following a 3-0 loss to Brentford, coupled by Tottenham beating Aston Villa.
Speaking after helping Arsenal overcome Atletico Madrid to reach the Champions League final, Rice immediately turned his attentions to Sunday’s game and warned that he has a job to do for his current employers.
"It's all to play for but we've got to stay composed and focused,” he told Amazon Prime.
“It's a tough one because we're into the Champions League final but Sunday is a massive one as well (against West Ham in the Premier League)."
"Without West Ham there is no me. They gave me a chance when Chelsea didn't. Not nice to see the position they are in.
“It is football and I have a job to do on Sunday. It is the business end of the season."

Rice scored against West Ham in the reverse fixture at the Emirates Stadium earlier in the season as Arsenal ran out 2-0 winners, with Bukayo Saka also on the scoresheet from the penalty spot.
The midfielder also netted at the London Stadium in a 6-0 thrashing during the 2023-24 campaign.
Arsenal will know Man City’s result before kicking off in east London as Man City are in action on Saturday evening at home to Brentford looking for a win to close the gap at the top of the table to two points.
