The case stems from a July complaint by OMNIGESTION 24 SLU, a vehicle trader, over a Mercedes AMG E63. Their aunt, Mary Princefripomaa, is also due to testify on 27 January. The court has admitted the complaint.

The complaint says an intermediary flagged the brothers’ interest, the company acquired the car abroad and registered it in Spain, then talks began on a swap involving a vehicle owned by the players.

It alleges trust was built via test drives and meetings, aiding delivery of the Mercedes. When the swap faltered for administrative reasons, a simulated sale put the car in a family associate’s name, yet no exchange car or payment followed. The company says it then lost contact, suffering financial harm.

The court has ordered checks with the Dirección General de Tráfico on vehicle ownership, among other steps, and the case remains under investigation. The brothers, who denied the claims last summer, dispute the complaint, deny any crime and say they will cooperate with the courts.
