Athletic returned to group training at Lezama on Tuesday after three days’ rest, with fitness checks on Iñaki Williams and Aitor Paredes and a possible return for Nico Williams ahead of Sunday against Getafe.
As reported by as.com, Iñaki missed Ghana duty due to muscle discomfort, Paredes has been nursing a calf knock since the Copa semi-final second leg against Real, and Nico could rejoin the squad after a month and a half of external treatment for pubalgia.

Nico and Iñaki both trained with the group this morning, offering positive signs and looking in good spirits.
Paredes worked separately from the main session.
Nico Serrano, Laporte and Prados, for workload reasons, did not head outside during the 15-minute window open to the media.
