Reports in Italy claim that Inter are targeting the signing of a new defender on top of a potential deal with Atalanta for Ademola Lookman, and have two targets: One in Serie A and one in LaLiga.
According to reports from La Gazzetta dello Sport, Inter are looking at a potential sale of Benjamin Pavard to Galatasaray at a cost of around €15m-€20m, which would leave them wanting another addition for Cristian Chivu’s defensive department.
The Pink Paper suggests that Udinese’s Oumar Solet and Loïc Badé from Sevilla are among the preferred options for the Nerazzurri if Pavard is to leave this summer.

The Nerazzurri had also been interested in a deal for Parma teenager Giovanni Leoni, who is now set to join Premier League champions Liverpool instead for a fee in the region of €36m.
In terms of their two remaining options, Solet is expected to come slightly cheaper than Badé, who also has interest from a number of different sides across Europe.
Inter would reportedly be looking at the idea of a loan with an option to buy for Solet, but according to La Gazzetta dello Sport, they are reluctant to make an immediate financial investment on the Frenchman given that he has been under investigation by the authorities in Udine since May over an alleged incident of sexual assault.
