Multiple sources in Italy claim that Simone Inzaghi has decided to make further changes to the Inter XI, starting Nicolò Barella, Kristjan Asllani, and Mehdi Taremi against Milan tonight, and resting Hakan Calhanoglu.

La Gazzetta dello Sport, Sky Sport, and other reputable Italian media outlets report that Inzaghi decided to make changes to his Inter XI for the Coppa Italia derby against Milan after a training session on Wednesday morning.
