Marcus Thuram returned to the scoresheet as Inter Milan dismantled Bologna 3-1 in their last Serie A outing.

According to the Italian media via L’Interista, the Frenchman delighted fans with his electric movement and incisive play.

Cristian Chivu’s men have extended their winning Serie A streak to five matches against a team that has caused them problems lately.

Indeed, Bologna had gone unbeaten in three previous games against the Nerazzurri, including December’s Supercoppa Italiana clash.

However, Inter settled the account with the Rossoblu last night.

Piotr Zielinski opened the scoring late in the first half before Lautaro Martinez doubled Inter’s lead three minutes after the break.

Despite being kept at bay for most of the game, Marcus Thuram converted his only chance to make it 3-0 in the 74th minute.

Though it was a fortunate goal, it was nothing less than what he deserved for his eye-pleasing performance.
