Hakan Calhanoglu feels that it’s “now or never” for him to join Galatasaray, whilst Al-Hilal are also ready to present a massive offer.

This according to Turkish outlet Milliyet, via FCInterNews. They report that behind the scenes, the Inter Milan midfielder is pushing for the move to Istanbul.

The speculation surrounding the future of Inter midfielder Hakan Calhanoglu has really reached a fever pitch in recent days.

After Nerazzurri captain Lautaro Martinez all but called out the 31-year-old over the tabloid rumours linking him to Galatasaray, it has started to feel more and more likely that he’ll leave.

According to Turkish outlet Milliyet, behind the scenes Calhanoglu is increasingly in a hurry.

The former AC Milan and Bayer Leverkusen midfielder feels that it’s the right time. He wants the Galatasaray move, and views this as the window in which to make it happen.

Therefore, Calhanoglu wants to end his time at Inter after four seasons at the club. The same amount of time he spent with city rivals AC Milan.

However, reports Milliyet, Galatasaray have not yet fully turned their attention to their efforts to sign Calhanoglu. That is because they are still working to keep striker Victor Osimhen.

Then, reports Milliyet, Galatasaray are not the only club with an interest in Calhanoglu’s signature.

The Turkish outlet anticipate that Saudi Pro League club Al-Hilal want to reunite the Turkish international with Simone Inzaghi.

To this end, reports Milliyet, Al-Hilal have tempted Calhanoglu with a massive contract worth €20 million net per season.
