After victory against Fiorentina, and guaranteeing qualification to the Final Four of the Serie A Women's Cup, Inter Women are preparing for their next task ahead, which is European competition. Gianpiero Piovani's Nerazzurre are facing Hibernian FC Women, the Scottish side from Edinburgh, in a two-legged match in the first round of qualification for the Women's Europa Cup.

The first leg will take place at the KONAMI Football Centre on Wednesday 10 September at 20:00 CEST.

The winner after two legs will proceed to the second round of qualification: after which, the Women's Europa Cup will begin its knockout format. The competition is made up of a total of six rounds: the first and second round of qualification, the Round of 16, the quarter-finals, the semi-finals and then the final, with all matches played in a two-legged format.
