Simone Inzaghi is ready to go all-out, and won’t heavily rotate the Inter Milan squad for the remainder of the season.
This according to today’s print edition of Milan-based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, via FCInterNews.
Inter Milan are now well and truly in the final stretch of the season.
The Nerazzurri are no longer fighting for the Treble. An emphatic defeat at the hands of AC Milan in the Coppa Italia semifinals ensures that.
However, there are still two absolutely massive pieces of silverware on offer.
In Serie A, Inter are neck and neck with Napoli at the top of the league table. As things stand the two teams are level on points, and could be headed for a playoff at the end of the season.
And in the Champions League, Inter will face Barcelona in the semifinals. At stake is a place in the final against either Paris Saint-Germain or Arsenal.

Throughout the season, Inter coach Simone Inzaghi has utilized heavy squad rotation.
The Nerazzurri coach has made big changes from match to match, and between competitions.
That has been with the aim of preserving the fitness of key players.
However, now the situation is different.
For all intents and purposes, every match is like a final for Inter now. There is no margin for error in Serie A, where dropping points in any match could hand the title to Napoli.
Then, clearly, in the Champions League it is the decisive stages of the knockout rounds.,
Therefore, the Gazzetta reports, there will be minimal squad rotation from Inzaghi.
Against Hellas Verona, the Inter coach could perhaps make a few changes.
But by and large, the coach’s message to the squad has been clear. It is now time for the players to grit their teeth for a few more weeks.
