Jamie Redknapp has been left rather unimpressed with the recent performances of one of Liverpool's most experienced players.
Things haven't been going to plan for the Anfield outfit over the last few weeks with Arne Slot's men currently ninth in the Premier League table, 11 points behind first-placed Arsenal.
Although the Dutchman has made some changes to try and improve things, it feels like their title hopes are drifting further and further away.
The Reds' lack of form hasn't been helped by the performances of some of their first-team squad with one player now being singled out by Redknapp.

Liverpool managed to etch out a 1-1 draw against Regis Le Bris' men on Wednesday with the club lucky that they didn't lose.
There were several moments in the game when it felt like the Reds would drop all three points to the Black Cats, especially when Wilson Isidor was through on goal at the end of the clash.
However, despite their poor defensive work, Federico Chiesa was fortunately there to save the day as he made a last-ditch tackle to stop the striker from putting Sunderland 2-1 up.
However, if it wasn't for the poor performances of Virgil van Dijk and Ibrahima Konate, their recently promoted opponents may have never gone ahead in the first place.
And now, while speaking live on Sky Sports, Redknapp tore into Liverpool's captain and slammed him for what he did on Wednesday, with the pundit even claiming that Van Dijk was often "second guessing" himself.
"Virgil van Dijk last season couldn't make a mistake. Every game he was imperious, but right now he's making mistakes and second-guessing himself."
Van Dijk has been Liverpool's rock over the last few years with the towering Dutchman rarely putting a foot wrong.
However, with the lack of form that the rest of the Reds' first-team squad have been in, it's been hard for the centre-back to reach his usual standards.
As mentioned, others such as Konate have also been a major problem for Liverpool with the lack of goal contributions from Mohamed Salah also a major worry.
Van Dijk's sudden downturn in form is undoubtedly something to be concerned about but until all of Liverpool's starting XI are back to their best, it feels harsh to single out specific players for their poor outings.
That is, especially when Dominik Szoboszlai is the only Liverpool player who has performed to the standards expected of him this term.
