Transfer confirmed to German second tier side

Jonas Krumrey is leaving FC Red Bull Salzburg to join Holstein Kiel on a permanent deal.

The 21-year-old goalkeeper came in 2017 from the Bayern Munich youth ranks to Salzburg's Red Bull Football Academy. He played at all our academy teams and for our UEFA Youth League side (8 appearances) as well as making 57 appearances for our co-operation partners, FC Liefering.

Last season, Krumrey went on loan to Denmark's Lyngby BK (four appearances) before his move back to Germany.

With Kiel currently on a training camp in the USA, he has travelled from New Jersey, where our Red Bulls were based during the Club World Cup, to his new club in Minnesota.
