A physical ticket office will operate at Estadio Jaime Morón in Cartagena for Palmeiras’ 2026 Libertadores opener, selling away-end tickets. According to Globo.com, it will open from 14:00 to 18:00 local time on Tuesday and 08:00 to 12:00 on Wednesday.

Palmeiras face Junior Barranquilla at 21:30 on Wednesday, 19:30 local time, at the same venue in the first round of the group stage, as Barranquilla’s Estadio Metropolitano is under renovation.

Conmebol rules require at least 2,000 away tickets, with the home club responsible for sales. Junior Barranquilla had not yet issued a sales schedule for visiting supporters, focusing only on home fans.

Sales are typically handled via the W Arena app, which manages home allocations. Some Palmeiras fans, including Raul Lima, reported they could not find an away section and were told visiting tickets were unavailable.

Home-end prices are listed as follows: Occidental 163,000 Colombian pesos, around R$228.50, made up of 150,000 plus a 13,000 fee. Oriental costs 87,000, around R$122, with 80,000 plus a 7,000 fee, while North and South are 55,000, around R$77.17, with 50,000 plus a 5,000 fee. Visitor sector prices are to be confirmed.
