There was no foul in the build-up for Vasilije Adzic’s winner for Juventus against Inter Milan on Saturday night, reports from Italy claim.

According to Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport, via FcInterNews, the Bianconeri’s winning goal was justified and fair.

Into stoppage time, Juventus forward Jonathan David laid off a short pass to Adzic.

The Montenegrin then rifled the ball in from long-range.

Around this goal, there was an incident where a tussle between Khephren Thuram and Ange-Yoan Bonny.

The incident left the Inter winger on the floor, having caught an accidental arm to the face from the Juventus star.

Tuttosport claim, however, that none of the contact was sever enough to warrant a foul.

Meanwhile, other outlets like the Corriere dello Sport argue that there should have been an on-field VAR review.

It would have been a harsh foul to give and the referee probably made the right decision.

Although Tuttosport identify two minor points of contact between Bonny and Thuram, they determine neither was enough to disallow the goal.
