Juventus name Mason Greenwood as top summer transfer target | OneFootball

Juventus have made Mason Greenwood (24) their top transfer target for the upcoming summer transfer window, according to reports from La Gazzetta dello Sport.

In search of attacking reinforcements for next season, the Turin-based club would like to sign the England international (one cap) to their ranks. Under contract with Olympique de Marseille until June 2029, Greenwood had already been courted by the Bianconeri in the summer of 2024, before he ultimately decided to join Les Phocéens.

A costly deal, which is expected to cost at least €50 million (Manchester United hold a 50% sell-on clause), but one that could be greatly facilitated if Marseille fail to qualify for the next Champions League campaign, particularly as the club would likely need to replenish their coffers.

For Juve, the lack of competition – due in particular to the former Red Devil’s past off-pitch issues – could also be an advantage. Not to mention the good relationship between the two clubs.

Having made 38 appearances in all competitions (36 as a starter) since the start of the 2025–26 season, Greenwood has proved decisive on 33 occasions, notably topping the Ligue 1 scoring charts with 15 goals.
