Juventus are reversing their decision to stick with CEO Damien Comolli, who has been forced to step down by owner John Elkann, and convinced Giovanni Carnevali to leave Sassuolo after 12 years to assume such a position, La Repubblica reports.

The governor had initially given another chance to the former Toulouse director, hoping for better chemistry with Luciano Spalletti and more swiftness on the transfer market. However, some early duds and more disagreements led to his late ousting.
