Jakub Kaminski is close to joining Benfica in a deal that could reach €20 million, with Marco Silva keen to involve him quickly.

According to Glorioso 1904, the 24-year-old Poland international is preparing to travel to Lisbon early this week as Benfica push to complete his move from Cologne.

The urgency aligns with the calendar, as Silva wants him available for the Europa League second qualifying round first leg against St. Gallen on 23 July.

On arrival, Kaminski is expected to undergo routine physical assessments and medicals, then, if all proceeds without issue, sign his contract in the presence of president Rui Costa.
