Harry Kane ended another remarkable campaign in style after scoring a hat-trick in Bayern Munich’s 5-1 win over on the final day of the Bundesliga season.

The England captain has been unstoppable throughout 2025/26, finishing the season with an astonishing 58 goals in just 50 appearances across all competitions. In the league alone, Kane netted 36 times in 31 matches, once again proving why he remains one of the most clinical strikers in world football.

Those 36 league goals were enough to secure the Bundesliga’s Golden Boot award for the third consecutive season, making Harry Kane the first player in Bundesliga history to finish as the league’s top scorer in each of his first three campaigns in Germany. Robert Lewandowski is the only other player to have won the Bundesliga golden boot in three consecutive seasons.

The 32-year-old now also looks set to claim Europe’s Golden Boot. Kane currently leads the race comfortably on 36 league goals, with Erling Haaland his nearest challenger on 26.

Kane’s impact in Germany since arriving from Tottenham back in 2023 has been extraordinary. He has now scored 98 league goals in only 94 Bundesliga appearances - numbers that place him among the greatest forwards the league has ever seen.

His latest hat-trick was also another record-breaker. It marked Kane’s 11th Bundesliga hat-trick, achieved in just 94 matches. The previous fastest player to reach that mark was Bayern legend Gerd Müller, who needed 183 games to score his 11th treble.

Bayern themselves were dominant domestically throughout the campaign. The newly crowned Bundesliga champions lost only once in 34 league matches and scored a remarkable 122 goals along the way.

Kane’s 36 league goals this season also matched the total he recorded during his debut Bundesliga campaign in 2023/24, showing there has been no slowing down from the England skipper.
