Kasımpaşa beat Alanyaspor 1-0 at Recep Tayyip Erdoğan Stadyumu on Sunday, ending the visitors' five-match unbeaten run in the Süper Lig.
Irfan Kahveci broke the deadlock in the 60th minute, rifling a left-footed effort from a tight angle into the bottom left after a corner.
Andreas Gianniotis preserved the lead with four saves as Alanyaspor pushed for an equaliser. Paulo Victor had earlier tipped away a Kahveci drive from distance before the break.
After two changes on the hour, the visitors found more territory, with Hwang Ui-jo and Ruan forcing Gianniotis into smart stops. Kasımpaşa then lost Mortadha Ben Ouanes to injury, bringing on Eyüp Aydın, while Ümit Akdağ later departed and was replaced by Bruno Viana.
Kasımpaşa registered seven attempts and forced six corners. Alanyaspor finished with eight attempts, four on target, and 54.8% possession.
Next, Kasımpaşa visit Başakşehir. Alanyaspor travel to Beşiktaş in the Türkiye Kupasi.
