Kostons brace lifts Zwolle into ninth as Telstar slip

PEC Zwolle beat Telstar 4-1 at home to rise from 12th to ninth in the Eredivisie, while the visitors drop from 16th to 17th.
Shola Shoretire broke the deadlock in the third minute of first half stoppage time, glancing in after Simon Graves' header across goal from a corner.
After the restart, Nils Rossen levelled in the 60th minute with a low finish on the break.
Koen Kostons restored the lead with a close-range strike (67.). Moments later, Tristan Gooijer prodded in from near the line after Kostons' assist (70.).
Telstar lost goalkeeper Ronald Koeman to injury and brought on Daan Reiziger (79.). A Kaj de Rooij goal was then ruled out after a VAR review (81.).
Kostons sealed it late with his second, swept in from de Rooij's pass on a counter (83.).
Tom de Graaff was busy in the Zwolle goal, making seven saves across the game.
Next, Zwolle host Volendam. Telstar face Go Ahead Eagles in the KNVB Beker quarter-finals before meeting the same opponents in the league.
